Update My Call List or Password

Please supply the information requested below if you wish to update your contact list or password. Special instructions can be entered in the message field provided.

Make sure to include a phone number with each new contact.

You must provide your current password by entering it in the “current password” field to submit updates (the password the monitoring station asks you to confirm when they call you after your alarm goes off).

When choosing a password, please choose a simple word that is easy to remember and easy for our monitoring station to spell when verbal confirmation of the password is required.

Please indicate in the subject line if you are updating contacts, password, or both.
