First Annual Citywide Neighborhood Watch Training for 2017

The Atlanta Police Department Crime Prevention Unit will be having its First Annual Citywide Neighborhood Watch Training for 2017 on Saturday, May, 20th. This event will take place at the Public Safety Headquarters Building located at 226 Peachtree Street S.W. 2nd floor from 8:45 am until 1:30 pm. Free parking will be available.

Maceo A. Brown Receives Entrepreneur of The Year Award

In the ever-changing world of technology, it feels good to know that quality service isn’t a thing of the past. With honor, service, and fairness at his core it’s no surprise that Mr. Brown received the “Entrepreneur of The Year” Maceo Brownaward. Named Entrepreneur of the year by the Community Empowerment Development Corporation (CEDC), Mr. Brown attended the Community Awards Brunch this past weekend (02/25/2017) and accepted his award with humility and the utmost gratitude.

As an esteemed member of the Atlanta community, Mr. Brown leads System 5 Electronics with a hands on service focused approach. He has a commitment of satisfaction not only to the employees but the customers and community. Willing to always go above and beyond to help assist in any way possible, it’s no shock that Maceo Brown received the Entrepreneur of The Year Award.

The Community Empower Development Corporation (CEDC) will recognize Maceo A. Brown, President of System 5 Electronics with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for his service towards the betterment of the metro Atlanta community. The Entrepreneur of the Year award is given to an outstanding business owner who is a proven leader within their industry which is evidenced by financial success and commitment to community service. The award will be presented at the CEDC’s 2nd Annual Community Awards Brunch on February 25, 2017 at the VICARS Center in Southwest Atlanta. The CEDC serves adults in the Southwest Atlanta community by being a valuable resource for job training and professional development. The CEDC prepares individuals in the areas of job readiness, resume building, and job preparation seminars.

Congratulations Mr. Brown for being an active supporter in the betterment of the metro Atlanta community.
